You can cancel or pause your Redreach subscription yourself by following these steps:
- Navigate to
Settings> Billing
- Scroll down to the section "
Danger Zone" at the bottom
- Choose whether you want to pause or cancel your plan
- Confirm your decision
Understanding the difference between Pause vs Cancel
Pause: Temporarily suspends your subscription while preserving your account data and settings. You can reactivate anytime without losing your configuration and post history.
Cancel: Permanently ends your subscription. Your account will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be restricted. To renew your subscription you have to enter your payment details again. After a grace period of 24 days Redreach will then permanently delete your project data.
Important note: Both pausing and canceling take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you'll continue to have full access to Redreach until then. No partial refunds are issued, but you won't be charged for subsequent billing periods.
