  • Quick response to customer feedback
  • Steady workflow integration
  • Better engagement rates

  • Time for strategic planning
  • Batch processing efficiency
  • Quality over quantity approach

👎 Cons:

Choosing Your Notification Schedule

Consider Your Workflow

Daily makes sense if you:

  • Check email/notifications every morning anyway
  • Prefer small, consistent tasks
  • Want to maximize engagement opportunities
  • Can respond to opportunities the same day

Weekly makes sense if you:

  • Prefer dedicated time blocks for Reddit activity
  • Want to plan your engagement strategy
  • Have limited availability during weekdays
  • Focus on quality over quantity

Customizing Your Notification Experience

As of now, Redreach supports notifications delivered to your email. More integrations such as Slack and Telegram are coming soon. Send us an email so we can prioritise the development.

📥 Email Delivery Settings

Timing optimization:

  • Choose delivery times that align with when you actually check
  • Consider time zones if you work across multiple regions
  • Avoid times when you're typically busy or offline

Content preferences:

  • Preview vs. full opportunity details
  • Summary format vs. individual opportunity emails
  • Priority vs. all opportunities

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Not Receiving Notifications

Check these settings:

  1. Email deliverability (check spam folders)
  1. Notification preferences are enabled
  1. Email address is correct in your account
  1. Your plan includes the notification frequency you selected

Inconsistent Notification Timing

Possible causes:

  • Server processing delays during high-traffic periods
  • Time zone configuration issues
  • Plan-based delivery queue priorities

Irrelevant Notifications

Common fixes:

  • Refine keyword specificity
  • Add problematic subreddits to ignore list
  • Update company description for better AI filtering
  • Remove overly broad keywords

Optimizing for Success

Weekly Review Process

Every week, evaluate:

  1. Are you engaging with the opportunities you receive?
  1. Is the timing working for your schedule?
  1. Are you missing opportunities due to delayed notifications?
  1. Would a different frequency serve you better?

Seasonal Adjustments

Consider changing settings based on:

  • Business cycle periods (busy seasons, planning periods)
  • Industry event schedules
  • Personal availability changes
  • Vacation or travel periods

Team Coordination

For multiple team members:

  • Coordinate who handles different types of notifications
  • Avoid duplicate responses to the same opportunities
  • Share successful engagement strategies based on notification timing

Getting Started with Optimization

Week 1: Establish Baseline

  1. Choose your initial frequency (daily or weekly)
  1. Set consistent checking times that work with your schedule
  1. Track engagement rates from notifications received

Week 2: Fine-Tune

  1. Adjust timing if you're consistently missing opportunities
  1. Refine frequency if volume feels wrong
  1. Optimize keywords if relevance is off

Month 2: Perfect Your System

  1. Establish consistent workflows around notification delivery
  1. Create escalation rules for high-priority mentions
  1. Build team processes if multiple people are engaging

Ready to Optimize?

Review your current notification settings and ask yourself:

  1. Am I consistently engaging with the opportunities I receive?
  1. Does the timing align with when I actually have time to respond?
  1. Would a different frequency better match my workflow?

Spend a few minutes adjusting these settings, and you'll find Reddit engagement becomes much more manageable and effective.

Remember: The best notification system is the one you actually use consistently. Start with what feels manageable and adjust from there.
