When I try to add a domain it says unreachable

During our onboarding you are asked to provide your own website domain as well as a few competitor urls. There is a very small chance of of these domains might be unreachable.

Our system automatically validates that websites are reachable before adding them to ensure we can collect accurate data.

In 99% of cases this works perfectly, but occasionally some websites have aggressive anti-bot protection, CAPTCHAs, or strict security rules that prevent our system from accessing them.

If this happens with a legitimate website that you know is working, please contact our support team.

We can manually verify and whitelist the domain for you, ensuring you can still track and analyze it despite the security restrictions.

This is a technical limitation we're constantly working to improve, but manual verification is always available as a backup solution.
